2.1 Service Description: Thumb Pro provides professional thumbnail design, video editing, channel branding, and related creative services for content creators and businesses.

2.2 Order Process: Orders can be placed through our website, Discord server, or via email. You must provide:

• Complete and accurate order details
• Reference images or examples
• Clear instructions and requirements
• Valid contact information

2.3 Pricing & Payment: All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment must be completed before work begins. We accept various payment methods as listed on our payment page.

2.4 Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 24-48 hours for thumbnails and 3-5 days for video editing. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.

2.5 Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original request. Major changes or new concepts may incur additional charges.

3.1 Source Files: Source files (PSD, AI, AE, etc.) are available upon request for an additional fee, unless otherwise agreed during ordering.

3.2 Client Materials: You warrant that any materials (logos, images, videos) provided to us are either owned by you or properly licensed. We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from unlicensed materials you provide.

3.3 Fonts & Assets: We use properly licensed fonts and stock assets. Commercial licenses for specific assets can be arranged at additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse service for projects involving:

• Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or adult entertainment
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, or religious intolerance
• Illegal Activities: Promotion of illegal substances, activities, or violence
• Copyright Infringement: Requests to copy or plagiarize others' work
• Scams & Fraud: Deceptive practices, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities
• Political Extremism: Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or violence
• Harmful Content: Content that could cause physical, emotional, or financial harm

If we discover prohibited content after beginning work, we will immediately stop the project without refund and may report to authorities if required by law.

5.1 Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun. Exceptions include:

• We fail to deliver within agreed timeframe (without prior communication)
• Delivered work significantly differs from agreed specifications
• Technical issues prevent you from using delivered files (we will provide replacements)
• We are unable to complete the project for reasons within our control

6.1 Service Guarantee: We guarantee professional quality work and timely delivery. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as increased views, subscribers, or revenue, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Damages resulting from third-party platforms (YouTube, social media)
• Client's failure to backup files or data loss

6.3 Technical Issues: We are not responsible for issues arising from:

• Third-party platform changes or restrictions
• Your computer, software, or internet connection
• File compatibility issues with your software
• Viruses or malware not originating from our files

6.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, internet outages, or government restrictions.

7.1 Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

7.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and ordering.
